Services against any plan will be available once the user has made payment for the Services according to the requirements of the order. All payments will be collected by Canon Customer Support. The company has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any plan have not been made.

User can take advantage of our Services after payment is done through Credit Card, Debit Card and internet banking only. Any payment not made online will be not acceptable. Canon Customer Support does not receive any DD, check, Cash, or any other form of payment.

For subscription based plans, full refund will be issued if Canon Customer Support has not been able to resolve even any of the issue within the first 10 days of the subscription. If there is one or more solved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service are not being refundable.

If you are not happy and satisfied with our support and services or you want a refund then before applying charge back, please call Canon Customer Support and talk to our billing department or email us.
